This software is a PC game for a single player. It is for entertainment.The player is in command of landing a spaceship full of Martian marine shock troops on Earth to take over the world. Earth is broken up in to 40 invasion zones that have their own set of challenges. Navigate your ship through a variety of earth weapons, weather conditions and other obstacles that will attempt to stop you. This PC arcade game has four levels of difficulty (from casual to nightmare) and a variety of ship upgrades.
Inspired by the classic arcade game Lunar Lander, Martian Marine Lander combines modern and retro action/strategy style play. Instead of attacking enemies with weapons, the game is is played in a defensive manner. The players is challenged to land a spacecraft in various locations throughout the Earth while avoiding weapons and weather obstacles using a bit of strategy, dexterity and speed adjustments. The player can play by keyboard, mouse or number pad. Player can move up in rank by score.
This game is designed for the casual PC/indie game player. There is no blood or gore, so it is suitable for players of all ages.
